Privacy

This is a personal site. There is no account to create, no login, no newsletter, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Nothing you do here is sold or shared for marketing, and I hold no database of visitors.

Measurement

Page views are counted with Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregate traffic — pages, referrers, countries, device classes. It sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile of you, and I only ever see the totals, never individual visitors.

What your browser stores

• localStorage “__ctn_theme” — remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.
• sessionStorage “welcome-shown-*” — remembers that the welcome note has already played, so it does not repeat for the rest of the tab session.

Both stay in your browser, are readable only by this site, and are cleared whenever you clear site data. No cookies are set for these preferences.

Third parties that see a request

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting it.
• Bluesky and AT Protocol services (public.api.bsky.app, cdn.bsky.app and my personal data server) serve the images, comment threads and reaction counts embedded in these pages, so your browser contacts them directly and they see your IP address like any other embedded content.

Comments and reactions

Discussion under posts is a read-only mirror of a public Bluesky thread. Nothing you write reaches this site; it is posted on Bluesky, under Bluesky’s own terms and privacy policy, and is public there by design. Deleting a post there removes it from here on the next revalidation.
